1. Advance bank transfer

The form of payment in advance can be used on all the items in the catalog. In the case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the order ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of transfer, to be sent to Greco Group S.r.l. (by fax or e-mail) no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The sending of the order will take place only when the actual crediting of the amount due on the c/c of Greco Group S.r.l. that must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled.

The purpose of the bank transfer must include:

• the order reference number;

• the date of the order;

• name and surname of the order holder.

How to top up PostePay at the post office:

The top-up form is located at the post office closest to your home, you will find it available in the office or you will have to ask for it at a counter.
