Acceptance of the general sales conditions
1. The contract stipulated between GrecoShop and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by GrecoFer. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways envisaged, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
2. If the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep the present conditions general sales policies, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
3. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.
How to purchase

The Customer can only purchase products in the GrecoShop electronic catalog at the time the order is forwarded and can be viewed online at (URL) http://www.grecoshop.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. 5. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Greco Group S.r.l. via an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with GrecoShop. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
6. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Greco Group S.r.l. guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

7. Advance bank transfer
The form of payment in advance can be used on all the items in the catalog. In the case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the order ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of transfer, to be sent to Greco Group S.r.l. (by fax or e-mail) no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The sending of the order will take place only when the actual crediting of the amount due on the c/c of Greco Group S.r.l. that must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must include:
• the order reference number;
• the date of the order;
• name and surname of the order holder.
8. PostePay recharge
What is a PostePay recharge?
PostePay top-up is a payment method that can be made at any post office or conveniently at home on the internet.
8.1 How to top up PostePay at the post office:
The top-up form is located at the post office closest to your home, you will find it available in the office or you will have to ask for it at a counter. After completing the form with the data we will have sent you by email, you will have to deliver it to a desk, the employee will issue you with a copy of the form as proof of payment.

Buying on www.grecoshop.it is simple and fast, below we will show you the few and simple rules for making purchases on our Web Shop:

3. Now you can start the order sending process by simply clicking on the "Order" button on the right side of the page. We remind you that the order will be sent only by clicking on the "Confirm" button located on the last page, the one that shows the order summary.

3. Cash on delivery
In case of purchase on delivery, an additional contribution of 6.00 Euro or 3% will be applied to the total amount for purchases over 200.00 Euro, as clearly shown when choosing the payment method. Payment must be made exclusively with cash (will not be accepted by BANK courier checks). The communication to the Customer of which courier will be in charge of the delivery will be made in the manner provided on the site. Nothing more than what is indicated at the time of the order will be due by the Customer.

Warranty & Assistance
1. All products sold by GrecoShop are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, in accordance with DL 24/02. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the receipt or invoice (or DDT) received as an attachment to the order.
2. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. If, as a result of an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and recovery costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transportation costs for the return to the Customer, if supported by Greco Group S.r.l..
3. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes a purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). If an entrepreneur - even an individual - purchases an asset that is attracted in the sphere of business or profession, the decree 24/02 does not apply, but the conventional guarantee of 12 months pursuant to Art. 1490/1512 persists. In the event of a lack of conformity, Greco Group S.r.l. will, at no cost to the Customer, restore product conformity by repair / replacement (in this case the shipping costs for returning the goods to the Customer are charged to GrecoShop) or to the reduction of the price, up to the termination of the contract. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if incurred by Greco Group S.r.l..
4. Substitutions in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) take place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods to GrecoShop are charged to the Customer. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
5. In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to provide its customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), GrecoShop may at its discretion return the full amount paid (amount that does not include expenses shipping related to the return of the goods) or to its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
6. No damage can be requested from GrecoShop for any delays in repairs or replacements.
7. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). ..). By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods to GrecoShop are, in any case, always charged to the Customer. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided.
